The FCM Residency Educator will optimize education, evaluation, and administrative aspects of the residency program by having one non-clinical Masters of Education faculty member to assist clinical faculty with design, implementation, and support of the outlined areas. This would allow clinical faculty to spend more time working to license, honing their clinical care, clinical and didactic teaching, research and advising/coaching of residents and students.
Education: Have at least a Master's degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, or other related field and three years' related experience in an academic medicine environment
Experience: Experience in graduate medical education, including familiarity with ACGME requirements.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Medical Terminology, computer knowledge (MS Office Suite). Must be self-directed, independently functioning and detailed oriented. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, excellent administrative skills, the ability to work effectively as part of a team, creativity and innovation
