HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
This manager position will manage the life support training team and support our AHA training center. In addition, this role will support our administrative support team. Manager serves as leader, coach, role model and mentor to all team members. Manager is responsible for the successful planning, development, execution and evaluation of life support training across the organization. Must be able to develop and maintain relationships with customers, clients and vendors as part of the role. Must be able to read and interpret AHA and other regulatory agency guidelines and implement needed policies and processes. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with team members, students and instructors. Must have strong organizational, time management and leadership skills. Must be an effective communicator (oral and written) as well as have an ability to motivate students and employees. Clinical experience helpful but not required. Bachelor's Degree in Education, Applied Sciences, Management, Human Resources or Psychology. Master's Degree preferred. Minimum Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business or related field required. Masters degree preferred. Experience: 5 years experience in Human Resources or related function required. Experience with project management, communication strategies and programs; Demonstrated operations skills in business planning with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, strong operational focus and financial acumen. Proficient computer system knowledge. Proven ability to meet business outcomes. Licensure, certification, and/or registration: None required. PHR or comparable professional certification desired.
