Support Carilion's hallmarks of service excellence and quality for all job responsibilities. Provides assistance and information to incoming patients, visitors and staff to facilitate the entrance to, or exit from the hospital. Provides valet parking services for patients and visitors who have special needs, assists in traffic control in hospital parking areas and maintains accurate documentation regarding valet parked vehicles. Teams with lead on customer service practice and process improvement. Practices Carilion's Values of Commitment, Compassion, Courage, Commitment, and Curiosity.

Minimum Qualifications Required

Education: High School Graduate or GED required.

Experience: Two years related experience in customer service or parking fields.

Licensure, certification, and/or registration: Valid Virginia Operators License

Other Minimum Qualifications: Must have strong communications skills, hospitable personality, calmness, tact, diplomacy and professionalism in handling all situations. Must be neat in appearance.
